Russian accounts are not available for top-up. Funds under the order will be returned minus the fee.

We send PayPal as payment for Goods and Services. PayPal will charge an additional fee upon crediting, the amount of which depends on the country of registration of the PayPal account.

When creating an order, the rate is not fixed, the calculated value is preliminary. We fix the rate within 5 minutes after receiving 2 confirmations.

Incoming transactions will be AML checked. If the risk limits are exceeded, identity verification may be requested.

The order amount is recalculated based on the current cryptocurrency rates on the WhiteBIT exchange.

We do not accept funds sent from sanctioned platforms (CommEx, Rapira, Capitalist, Garantex, Grinex, Hydra, etc.). If a sanctioned component is detected, the transaction will be suspended.
